These are 3 to 4 gated condominium apartments. Bed-rooms are furnished with beds, mattress and bed linen and cupboards. Cooking, washing facilities, fridge, electric kettle, water filter and television is provided on a share basis. Bathrooms come fitted with hot water supply. There is a communal living, study and dining area furnished with a lounge set as well as dining set.

- All deposits less damages amount if any will be refunded within thirty (30) days after completion of tenancy.
- Share rooms for 2/3/4 persons per room
- All combined electricity and water bills exceeding the pre-set limit will be shared equally by the students in the unit.
