Job function

  • To develop a cost-effective plan and schedule to complete a construction project, following a logical pattern in the utilisation of resources
  • Selection and coordination of subcontractors working on the various phases of the project
  • Review architectural and engineering drawings to ensure they comply with all specifications and regulations
  • Administration of construction contracts and obtaining of the proper permits and licenses
  • Supervises assistant managers, review their reports, check on any reported difficulties, and corrects any deficiencies or safety violations
  • Tracks and control construction schedule and costs to ensure project is completed within the time and finances allocated

  • Provides total maintenance support for the facility to ensure maximum operational potential
  • Coordination and supervision to ensure all facilities are maintained, repaired and in compliance with regulations
  • Responsible for the maintenance and upgrading of electrical power (including emergency backup), air-conditioning, voice/data communication, audio-visual, fire and safety systems etc.
