In the face of climate change; concerns over energy security; a tough economic outlook; and a lack of skills and training in new technologies and building methods, the construction industry is experiencing unprecedented demand for low or zero carbon buildings; intelligent micro-generation; sustainable sourced products and materials; and high quality green space.
We give strategic and moral advice to our students, stakeholders and the construction industry, their clients and investors, and associated industry bodies.
We also encourage development of sustainable built environment best practices frameworks to guide our students with planning and development responsibilities and we identify ways for sustainable practices to be rewarded in the market place.
Threading the present and charting the future has been our approach throughout our study materials towards a unified sustainable development of the built environment in the property sector.
