Your course coordinator will act as your main point of contact throughout your course. The academic team will guide and give the necessary support in your learning process. We have in place a team of dedicated tutors and administrators to provide the support needed for assignments, exam and technical issues.

You will have the following to assist in the learning process:

• Subject knowledge – our team of academicians are committed to providing excellence in teaching. The tutors are available to assist and guide you throughout your studies with teaching materials developed for distance learning
• A course coordinator will be assigned to you as soon as you register. He / she will respond to any administrative issues throughout the course.
• All assignments (hard copies and softcopies) are to be submitted through our exam unit.
• Our exam unit will guide and support you through your exam registration, provide you with the exam results and give advice on re-registration.
• Throughout your studies you will need to ensure that you do not plagiarise and claim credit for someone’s effort. To help you, we provide an online resource to ensure that your submitted assignments are correctly referenced.
